Banda Aceh<\/strong> \u2013 Dalam upaya mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang bersih, efektif, transparan dan akuntabel serta pelayanan publik yang berkualitas dan terpercaya, sebanyak 11 Gampong di Kecamatan Kuta Alam mengikuti kegiatan Sosialisasi Transformasi Tata Kelola Kearsipan Digital pada Jum\u2019at (27\/9\/2024).<\/p>\n

Bertempat di Aula Kantor Camat, kegiatan turut dihadiri oleh Camat, Kasi Pemerintah Mukim dan Gampong Kecamatan, Sekdis DPMG Kota Banda Aceh, Para Keuchik dan Sekretaris Gampong yang diselenggarakan oleh Dispersip Kota Banda Aceh.<\/p>\n

Dalam sambutannya, Plt Camat Kuta Alam Ria Jelmanita, S.Sos menyampaikan harapannya kepada pemerintahan gampong kedepan untuk diterapkan pada gampong masing-masing sebagai bentuk transformasi kearsipan pada sistem digitalisasi Aplikasi Srikandi.<\/p>\n

\u201cDengan dibekalinya sosialisasi ini diharapkan pengelolaan arsip menjadi lebih baik, dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja serta membawa manfaat bagi pengelolaan administrasi kedepan,\u201d kata Ria.<\/p>\n

Hal ini juga mendukung program pemerintah terkait dasar penerapan aplikasi berdasarkan amanat PP No 95 Tahun 2018 tentang SPBE dan juga Kemenpan No 679 Tahun 2020 tentang Aplikasi Kearsipan Dinamis.<\/p>\n
